M.I.S Legal is an Immigration Law Firm solely founded and owned by Mr. Bilal Zahoor with head office at Karachi - Pakistan. Its operations are spread to other cities and countries for marketing and business development purposes through Representative Offices. The Representative Offices are not owned or governed by M.I.S Legal and the staff working in these offices are not employed by M.I.S Legal in any capacity. All business of M.I.S Legal is supervised directly by Mr. Bilal Zahoor, hence no client case is committed, registered or processed without the personal written approval and personal involvement of Mr. Bilal Zahoor. M.I.S Legal clients therefore should note the following:

1. M.I.S Legal will not recognize a client/case as its registered client/case without a Client Agreement personally signed between Mr. Bilal Zahoor and the client.

2. M.I.S Legal will receive the casework fee in its following bank account only (through bank transfer, cheque, pay order, cash deposit). This account is open with the bank branch in the same building as the Head Office of M.I.S Legal.

3. M.I.S Legal will not recognize fees paid in cash to a representative/employee, cheque issued in the name of representative or in the name of employee/partner etc. of the representative or in any other form than the payment method allowed in clause 2 above.

4. M.I.S Legal does not receive and/or keep any original documents (such as Passports, CNICs, Other NADRA documents) of any client therefore no such documents are allowed to be left with the Head Office or any Representative Office of M.I.S Legal.

5. M.I.S Legal may request for original educational documents of the client for attestation/assessment purpose and such request can only be made personally by Mr. Bilal Zahoor. Hence, no documents will be received or kept without personal request and subsequent approval of Mr. Bilal Zahoor.

6. M.I.S Legal does not also keep any funds of its client for any purpose.

7. M.I.S Legal will not entertain or be responsible for any service committed by anyone (promoting M.I.S Legal$) which is not a service mentioned on this website. Any country/visa category name that is not mentioned on this website is not the business of M.I.S Legal.

8. M.I.S Legal strongly discourages illegal immigration and DOES NOT support Asylum Assistance Service, Done-Base Cases, Fee after visa etc. Hence, these services committed by anyone promoting M.I.S Legal will not be recognized as the business of M.I.S Legal.

9. M.I.S Legal is NOT an overseas employment agency and DOES NOT deal in work permits for any country
